When the page loaded and this photo landed in the middle of my screen, black and white and sober all over, I was sure another celebrity bit the dust, the latest victim of our ongoing summer of celebrity death. But it seems Ginsburg isn't doing the moonwalk with Ed McMahon just yet. I know the Supreme Court isn't known for its spritely photoshoots, but maybe someone at the Times could liven this photo up with a beach ball or smiling Robert Pattinson or something?

Well, ironically, Ginsburg did just die. What's the blog etiquette for something like this? Do you add an update? Delete the post? Because she most certainly is doing the oxyclean with Farrah Fawcett right now.
